親日家？Fro Ridaが８８年ヒット曲のカバーしヒット中

Flo Ridaの音楽I Cry
懐かしい曲をカバーしているんだけど、どうしてもその曲が思い出せなかった。

サーチして探してみたら、大好きだった１９８８年のヒット曲
ブレンダ・ラッセルの "Piano in the Dark"のカバー。

ようやく胸のつかえがとれたみたいに気分がよくなっていて、
レイに

「ほら、この曲がPiano in the Darkのカバーだってわかってスッキリしたわ」と、
Flo Ridaのビデオを見せた。

すると、

「ぜんぜん入ってないじゃん。。。」と、まさしく女性ボーカルが
アップテンポでPiano in the Darkを歌ってるところを聞かせても言い放った。

「こらぁ～っ！聞こえないってなんじゃい」

「だって、どこにもそんなスローソングが入ってないよ」

「だからアップテンポになって、このメロディーが入ってんだってば」

「入ってないよ」

「ちゃんと耳の穴をかっぽじって聴いてみな！」

「まったく聞こえない」

「あんたには、音楽のセンスがないからだよ」

せっかくカバー曲がわかったってのに、否定されると、怒りが沸騰。

Fro Ridaのビデオ、かなり社会に対するメッセージ色が強い。
歌詞とはちがった映像なのだけど。
歌詞を見てみると、なぜかラップの中に日本におくるメッセージ。

”沖縄のファンを手放せない、
日本の地震の被災者と生存者に祈りを”

どうやら親日家らしい。
